I started with Slotracing at home on a Scalextric track in 2000, mainly playing around all by myself. In October 2001 I found the Stockholm Slotcar Club which I joined as a member and shortly after I participated in my first race. 2004 was my third Race Season. Below you can see how it turned out:
6 Hours of Hamburg - last place

10 teams driving on a 5 lane almost 50 meter long track meaning that each team would drive for 6 hours. We where 5 drivers (one for each lane) in our team. For us this was going to be our first time on this track, the first time with this type of 18 Volts motors, the first time with sports car bodies, the first time with night race in the dark and finally our first time as a team. We had so many problems with our car, the lighting curcuit burned, the car didn't hold together so we spent lot's of time in the pit, giving us the last place, but we had much fun anyway.

14 drivers have started in the series during 2004. Totally it was 17 races. We use a system called "Four Away" meaning that you have to take out four of your races from the points. The ones marked with * are the worst results I had this year and the ones I choose to exclude. I then got 270 points, 43 points after the winners "Four Away".
Northland 500 Nascar June 26th- 4th place

Nascar model car race in Kiel, Germany, on a 5 lane custom made wood track, fully landscaped with trees and buildings. I managed to take the fourth place despite mechanical problems after a crash.
